CMPD charge 4 teens in connection with man's death

Charlotte Mecklenburg Police said they have charged a fourth teenager in connection to a violent crime spree early Sunday that ended with one man dead in his driveway.

Police said Randy Shawn Lloyd, 16, turned himself in at police headquarters Monday afternoon -- more than 24 hours after he jumped and ran from officers who had spotted the stolen car he was driving.
