Idaho Firm Claims Federal Targeting

OMAHA (DTN) -- An Idaho environmental consulting firm that helped landowners Mike and Chantell Sackett in their successful U.S. Supreme Court Clean Water Act case against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency alleges that a field office of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers now is targeting the firm and its clients involved in current wetlands legal cases.
