Classical Schools Are Not Really Classical

"At this point, it is hard not to feel a bit exasperated, like one of Socrates’ interlocutors waiting patiently for clarity only to find that the dialogue is ending in another aporia."

N.B. The interlocutors are never waiting patiently for clarity--they just walk out on Socrates like Euthyphro. It is Socrates who is waiting patiently for the interlocutors to admit that they do not know what they are talking about! And for the interlocutors to become willing to engage in a common search.
