Sometimes it’s just a pancake kind of night. I have these when I really need comfort!
Recipe
2oz cream cheese, softened
2oz butter, softened
2 eggs
Blend. Melt butter in a well seasoned cast iron pan, cook 4 pancakes. They are very thin so flip carefully. Let them fully cook on the first side. Butter them when warm.
I make my crapes using 8oz mascarpone 8 eggs and 2 tablespoons of beef gelatin
